We've rounded a few of the questions and issues that normally come up. Hopefully, we've got everything here, but if you need anything else then please just get in touch via contact button which should be on the bottom right side of this page (and every other page). We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

How quickly will my products arrive?

It depends on the service level you choose at the checkout. We always aim to dispatch orders within two working days (Mon-Fri) so, you should get an email/text from the courier giving you the ability to track its progress from then.

How much is carriage?

We charge $4.95 for standard shipping and $12.95 for expedited shipping. For orders over $50 then standard shipping is completely FREE.

Do I need a UV lamp?

You do need to cure the product so yes. We sell them on our accessories page - for more information about what you need and how to use the product, then please check out our instruction page here.

Do you do discounts for bulk purchase?

We don't normally as we offer our very pricing upfront. However, if you are looking for more than 50 bottles then do drop us a note via the Contact button and let's talk.

Do you do any other products?

We've got lots more in the UK, but we're just starting out in the US. In time we'll continue to add more and more.

Do you offer an MSDS, are you insured?

We are insured, and we have full MSDS. Do get in touch with us for more information.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK but have a stock holding in the USA in New York.

How can I get in touch?

The best way to get in touch with us to use the contact form on the bottom right of the site. We do have a phone number, but to keep the overall costs down, the line isn't always manned. You can also email us on [email protected]

What if I have a problem with the product?

Get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

What if I want to return the product?

That's fine. Get in touch with us first via the contact button, and we'll issue you a Returns number (this means that the warehouse will know what to do with the products when they arrive back and we can process any refunds or exchanges more quickly.
